Testimonials
"Of course, no production of “My Fair Lady” can stand up to scrutiny without a solid orchestra to produce those fabulous Lerner and Lowe tunes. Conductor Kristin Pfeifer and her 17-member pit requite themselves beautifully and, though all of the score is played enthusiastically, the music never interferes with the ability of the audience to actually hear the lyrics being sung onstage. Bravo!"

Kristin Pfeifer is passionate about her work and will go great lengths to help her students succeed. She continues to this day to look for amazing opportunities for her students to broaden there experiences in and outside of the classroom. Outside of school, she thoroughly enjoys vocal and music directing in the Bay Area where she can share her passion with the young and old.

Even though I graduated from high school many years ago, Ms. Pfeifer remains one of my greatest musical influences. She first exposed me to classical music and singing in foreign languages. It was her suggestion for me to begin taking voice lessons that began my technique in classical singing. She was a constant and supportive presence, sometimes even physically in the audience of productions during my undergraduate studies earning a BA in Music. Now having earned my masters in Vocal and Opera Performance on a merit scholarship from one of the top ten ranked schools in the field, I still credit Ms. Pfeifer with first inspiring my interest in language-study, classical singing, and doing it in a way that was fun, engaging, and memorable! Now as a teacher myself, I continue to see her as a greatly positive influence and a trusted mentor for her work academically, professionally, and moreover as a music maker in my life!
