• Selected to perform in Carnegie Hall with the National Honor Choir under the direction of the late Moses Hogan.

 

2004 Honolulu, Hawaii

• A Heritage Music Festival where we received Gold in the Women’s Chorus Division 

 

2005 Washington D.C.

• Asked to represent the state of California in a concert series to commemorate the ending of World War II.

• Performed for over 3000 people at the national Basilica the day that Pope John Paul II died.

 

2007 Rosalind Crosby Award for Excellence in Teaching

•  This is Notre Dame High School's version of a Teacher of the Year award.

 

2007 Vancouver, Canada

• A Heritage Music Festival where we received Gold in the Women’s Chorus Division, Outstanding Choral Ensemble Award, the Sweepstakes Award and the Adjudicators Award.

 

2008 Australia

• Performed a concert in the Sydney Opera House

• Performed in front of 300,000 people at World Youth Day where Pope Benedict XVI presided.

 

2008 Mayor of Belmont issued a formal Proclamation Honoring Kristin Pfeifer and the Notre Dame High School Choir.

 

2010 Nashville, Tennessee

• A Heritage Music Festival where we received both Silver and Gold in the Women’s Chorus Division

 

2012 Madrid & Barcelona, Spain

• Performed a concert in La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.

• Performed with Henry Leck in major concerts in both cities.

2014 Jefferson Award for excellence in teaching and community service.

• Performed at a mass in the Vatican.
